The Cox Low Back Pain Exercises
Low Back Pain Exercises is a video I made to show you what you can do at home if you are suffering with lower back pain and sciatica from a herniated disc. These exercises are also good to do for most other types of low back pain as well. And as you will hear me say in the video, it’s always best to use ice for 20 minutes each hour in the first 24-48 hours and then perform these exercises. It will help take down the swelling and inflammation as well as numb the pain.
