How to tell if you need a Chiropractic Adjustment

Video Transcription:

Hi I’m Dr. Robert Ebeling, I’m your chiropractor. I want to share a quick video with you today about How do I know if I need an adjustment? or how do I know if I’m out of alignment? Here’s what you going to need to do at home. First get a hard surface like this stool or a chair, nothing with a cushion, and a thick magazine or a skinny book. This magazine is about 3/8” thick and if you’ve been in the office recently, we do this test with you all the time, so here’s what we’re going to do.

So first put the magazine on one side of the chair, and sit on it, and then move the magazine to the other side. Like this. That actually feels pretty even. Now move it to the other side. Now that one I can feel I’m off to the right some, so it’s time for Dr. Ebeling to go see his chiropractor.

Ok so I hope that video was helpful. You can do it at home and you can figure out for your self if you’re out of alignment and need to come in for an adjustment. Have a great day!
